                    Molho Malagueta (Malagueta Sauce)

   1       c            Malagueta chiles -- stemmed
   1       c            Vinegar
 750       ml           Bottle wine
                        Olive oil

  Place the chiles in the wine bottle, add the vinegar and olive oil
  to fill. Cork the bottle securely. Place bottle in refrigerator and
  let steep for at least 2 weeks, shaking the bottle infrequently.

  Substitute tabascos or piquins if malagueta chiles are unavailable.
