                          Spicy Pineapple Sauce

   2       T            Sugar
   1       T            Corn starch
   8       oz           Pineapple chunks in
                        - unsweetened juice, undrained
     1/4   t            Ground cinnamon
   2       T            Butter or margarine

  Combine sugar and corn starch in a deep, 1-quart, heat-resistant,
  non-metallic casserole.

  Gradually add juice from pineapple, stirring constantly.

  Add pineapple, cinnamon and butter.

  Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 minutes. Stir and heat an
  additional 4 minutes or until sauce has thickened. Stir
  occasionally. Serve with meat or as a dessert sauce.

  Makes 3/4 cup.
