                        Orange Flavored Bean Sauce

   1       tb           Red wine vinegar
   2       tb           Fresh orange juice
   2       tb           Sugar
   1       sm           Orange -- feshly grated peel of

  In a small bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth. Serve at
  once or cover and refrigerate until needed.
  
  Variation: Use red peppers, eat over rice.
  
  Yield: 3/4 Cup
