     1/4  cup           Watercress leaves -- packed
                        Lime juice
                        Lime zest -- grated
     1/4  cup           Sour cream -- or more
                        Salt
                        Tabasco sauce

Blend cucumbers, watercress leaves, lime zest, and lime juice with
sour cream. Season with salt and Tabasco sauce.

Yield: 1 Cup
