                             Texas BBQ Sauce

   1      c             Ketchup
   1      c             Worcestershire sauce
     1/2  c             Red wine vinegar
   3      cl            Garlic -- minced
   1      tb            Peanut oil
   2      ts            Chili powder
   1      ts            Celery salt



In a saucepan, combine ketchup, worcestershire sauce, and vinegar.

Add garlic. Bring to a boil. Add peanut oil.

Simmer for about 15 minutes. Cool slightly.

Add chili powder and celery salt. Let stand for a few minutes.
