      Title: Fudge Syrup

      Yield: 8 Servings
 
    1/2 c  Butter
      3 oz Unsweetened chocolate
      3 c  Water
    1/2 ts Salt
     15 oz Can of evaporated milk
 
  Melt butter in the top of a double boiler over boiling water. Add
  chocolate, heating until melted. Add sugar, 1/2 cup at a time,
  stirring until dissolved. Stir in salt. Slowly add milk. Mix well.
  Chill several hours before using.
