MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Western North Carolina Sauce
 Categories: Sauces
      Yield: 1 Batch
 
      1 c  Catsup
      1 c  Brown sugar
  1 1/4 c  Apple cider vinegar
      2 lg Lemons; juice of
      1 ts Pepper flakes
      1 ts Black cracked pepper
      1 sm Onion; minced
      2 ts Texas Pete
      1 ts Worcestershire sauce
           Butter; melted (optional)
 
  Whisk and Microwave on high 7 minutes. Use as both mop sauce and
  serving sauce. Don't knock it until you try it! Longer it sits the
  better it gets!
