      1 ts Bacon grease                        6 ea Jalapeno peppers, cleaned>>

      2 cn Whole tomatoes                           Seeded & chopped fine.
           Black pepper to taste               1 ts Cumin seed
      1 ts Oregano                                  Salt to taste
      2 ea Onions, minced                 
 
     Saute onions in grease.  Add tomatoes and jalapeno. Add all
  ingreds. in blender and blend.  Pour into saucepan and cook on low
  heat for 45 min.
