MMMMM-------------------------VEGETABLES------------------------------
      1    Onion; diced
      1 cl Garlic; chopped
      1    Green pepper; diced
      3 tb Oil
           Sea salt
      2 ts Basil
      1 ts Oregano
      1 ts Cumin
      1 ts Chili powder

MMMMM----------------------------BASE---------------------------------
     16 oz Can tomatoes; chopped -OR-
      4    Fresh tomatoes; chopped
      6 oz Can tomato paste
           Water; to sauce consistency

MMMMM---------------------EXTRAS, (OPTIONAL--------------------------
    1/2 lb Mushrooms; chopped
    1/2 c  Parmesan; grated
      2    Tofu cakes; cubed
      1 cn Tuna fish
 
  Saute vegetables ingredients. Add base ingredients to vegetables and
  simmer. Add optional extras.
