                        Orange-Honey Dipping Sauce

     1/3  c             Orange juice concentrate --
                        - thawed
     1/4  c             Honey
   2      tb            Apple cider vinegar
   1      tb            Dijon-style mustard
     1/2  ts            Dried tarragon leaves
   1      tb            Corn starch
     3/4  c             Chicken broth

Bring orange concentrate, honey, vinegar, mustard, and tarragon to a
boil in small saucepan.

Mix corn starch and chicken broth; stir into boiling mixture. Boil,
stirring constantly, until thickened, 1 minute.

Yield: 1-1/3 Cups
