* Exported from MasterCook * Spicy Texas Chili Recipe By : Lori Varela Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Chili Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 lb Boneless beef top round steak -- - cut in 1/2" cubes 1 md Onion -- chopped 1 Jalapeno chili pepper -- - finely chopped 3 cl Garlic -- minced 43 1/2 oz Whole tomatoes (3 cans) -- - undrained, cut up 4 ts Chili powder 1/4 ts Ground red pepper (cayenne) Spray nonstick Dutch oven or large skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef, onion, chile pepper and garlic; cook until beef is no longer pink. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
