------------- Recipe Extracted from Meal-Master (tm) v6.14 ------------------ Title: Clam Chowder Categories: Soups, Fish, Londontowne Servings: 4 1 qt Softshell clams; steamed 3 md Potatoes; diced 1/2 c Butter Salt & pepper; to taste 1 Onion 2 tb Parsley; chopped 2 c Milk Melt butter, add onion and cook until tender but not brown. Add potatoes and just enough water to cook potatoes. When potatoes are tender add parsley, salt, pepper, and clams with their juice. Just before serving add 2 cups milk and heat but do not boil.
