MMMMM---- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Shrimp Soup Categories: Seafood, Vegetables,Herbs Yield: 8 Servings 29 oz Chicken broth (2 cans) 29 oz Beef broth (2 cans) 21 oz Shrimp consomme (2 cans) 2 1/4 c Frozen (U60) shrimp; thawed 1 ts Fresh dill weed Salt & pepper 2 tb Green onions; sliced In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine chicken broth, beef broth, and shrimp consomme. Bring to a simmer, then strain. Return broth to pot and add shrimp and dill. Heat through and adjust seasonings. Garnish with chopped green onion.
