      Title: Bluenose Strawberry Soup

      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      2 c  Strawberries; sliced,
           - plus extra for garnish
      2 tb Brandy
      1 c  Sour cream
    1/2 ts Vanilla extract
      1 c  Half and half
           Mint sprigs; for garnish
    1/4 c  Sugar
 
  Blend strawberries, sour cream, half and half, sugar, brandy, and
  vanilla until smooth, about 30 to 45 seconds. Serve in chilled cups
  and garnish with sliced strawberries and mint sprigs.
