MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Chicken-Gnocchi Pesto Soup Categories: Potatoes, Poultry, Herbs, Sauce, Greens Yield: 4 servings 15 oz Jar roasted garlic Alfredo - sauce 2 c Water 2 c Rotisserie chicken; rough - chopped 1 ts Italian seasoning 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper 16 oz Bag potato gnocchi 3 c Coarse chopped fresh - spinach 4 ts Prepared pesto In a large saucepan, combine the first 6 ingredients; bring to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally. Stir in gnocchi and spinach; cook until gnocchi float, 3-8 minutes. Top each serving with pesto.
