MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Spicy Potato Soup Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Potatoes, Chilies Yield: 8 servings 1 lb Ground beef 4 c Potatoes; peeled, diced 1 sm Onion; chopped 24 oz Tomato sauce (3 cans) 4 c Water 2 ts Salt 1 1/2 ts Pepper 1 ts Hot pepper sauce In a Dutch oven, brown ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add the potatoes, onion and tomato sauce. Stir in the water, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender and the soup has thickened.
