MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: One-Pot Spinach Beef Soup Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Greens, Pasta, Herbs Yield: 8 servings 1 lb Ground beef 3 cl Garlic; minced 64 oz Beef broth 29 oz Diced tomatoes with green - pepper, celery & onion - (2 cans); undrained 1 ts Dried basil 1/2 ts Pepper 1/2 ts Dried oregano 1/4 ts Salt 3 c Uncooked bow tie pasta 4 c Fresh spinach; coarse - chopped Parmesan cheese; grated In a 6 qt stockpot, cook beef and garlic over medium heat until beef is no longer pink, 6-8 minutes; crumble beef; drain. Stir in broth, tomatoes and seasonings; bring to a boil. Stir in pasta; return to a boil. Cook, uncovered, until pasta is tender, 7-9 minutes. Stir in spinach until wilted.
