MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Turkey Chowder with Vegetables Categories: Soups, Turkey, Potatoes, Corn Yield: 6 Servings 2 tb Butter 3 md Carrots; thinly sliced 1 md Potato; cut into - 1/2" pieces 1 sm Onion; finely chopped 10 oz Pkg frozen whole kernel - corn 2 tb All-purpose flour 14 1/2 oz Can chicken broth 2 c Turkey or chicken; - cooked & cut up 2 c Milk 1/4 ts Salt 1/8 ts Pepper Place butter, carrots, potato, and onion in 3 qt casserole dish. Cover tightly and microwave on high 8 to 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes, until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in frozen corn. Cover tightly and microwave 7 to 8 minutes or until corn is hot. Shake flour and 1/2 cup of the broth in tightly covered container. Stir flour mixture, remaining broth and remaining ingredients into vegetables.
