MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Lemony Turkey Rice Soup
 Categories: Poultry, Rice, Citrus, Vegetables, Herbs
      Yield: 8 servings
 
      2 c  Turkey; cooked, diced
      2 c  Cooked long grain rice
 10 1/2 oz Can cream of chicken soup;
           - undiluted
    1/4 ts Pepper
      6 c  Chicken broth; divided
      2 tb Corns tarch
    1/3 c  Lemon juice
    1/4 c  Fresh cilantro; minced
 
  In a large saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients and 5-1/2 cups
  broth. Bring to a boil; cook 3 minutes.
  
  In a small bowl, mix corn starch and remaining broth until smooth;
  gradually stir into soup. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until
  thickened, 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice and
  cilantro.
