MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Grandma's Tomato Soup Categories: Vegetables, Pasta, Herbs Yield: 2 servings 2 tb Butter 1 tb A-P flour 2 c Tomato juice 1/2 c Water 2 tb Sugar 1/8 ts Salt 3/4 c Cooked wide egg noodles Fresh parsley; chopped (optional) In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add flour; stir to form a smooth paste. Gradually add tomato juice and water, stirring constantly; bring to a boil. Cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Add sugar and salt.
