MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Red Bean Vegetable Soup Categories: Vegetables, Beans, Herbs, Chilies, Poultry Yield: 12 Servings 3 lg Red bell peppers; chopped 3 Celery ribs; chopped 2 md Onions; chopped 64 oz Kidney beans (4 cans); - rinsed, drained 4 c Chicken broth 2 Bay leaves 1/2 ts Salt; up to 1 ts 1/2 ts Cajun seasoning; up to 1 ts 1/2 ts Pepper 1/2 ts Hot pepper sauce In a 5 qt slow cooker, combine the peppers, celery, onions, and beans. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until vegetables are tender. Discard bay leaves before serving.
