MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Mushroom Barley Soup For Two Categories: Mushrooms, Vegetable, Grains, Poultry Yield: 2 Servings 1 c Fresh mushrooms; sliced 2 cl Garlic; minced 1 tb Butter 29 oz Chicken broth (2 cans) 1/3 c Medium pearl barley 1 tb Soy sauce 1 md Carrot; sliced 1/2 ts Dill weed Salt & pepper In a small saucepan, saute mushrooms and garlic in butter for 3 minutes. Stir in the broth, barley, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the carrot, dill, salt, and pepper.
