---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Kale and Potato Soup Categories: Chicken, Sausage, Soups Yield: 6 Servings 4 Potatoes; peeled and - chopped 8 c Chicken stock 1 ts Salt 1/2 ts Pepper 2 lb Kale; coarsely chopped 1/2 lb Polish sausage; sliced - 1/2" thick In a large saucepan combine chicken stock and potatoes. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes. Remove potatoes from stock with a slotted spoon and mash or put through a ricer.
