MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Rams' Horn Cabbage Soup Categories: Soups, Vegetarian Yield: 8 Servings 1 md Cabbage 1 lg Onion 1 c Vinegar 1 c Water 46 oz Can tomato or vegetable -juice 2 tb Sweetener; or to taste Salt & pepper Coarsely chop cabbage and onion; put in large soup pot with vinegar, water, salt, and pepper. Stir in tomato juice and bring to boil. Reduce heat and add sweetener to make a sweet-sour taste. Simmer until cabbage is tender, 35 to 45 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
