MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Creamy Hash Brown Potato Soup Categories: Potatoes, Vegetables, Cheese, Dairy Yield: 13 Servings 30 oz Baf shredded hash brown - potatoes 6 c Water 1/3 c Onion; chopped 21 1/2 oz Condensed cream of celery - soup (2 cans); undiluted 4 oz Velveeta; in cubes 1 c Sour cream 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper In a large saucepan, combine the potatoes, water, and onion. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; stir in soup and cheese. Cook and stir until cheese is melted. Stir in the sour cream, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir until heated through (do not boil).
