MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Seneca Falls Lettuce Potage Categories: Soups, Greens, Vegetables, Dairy Yield: 6 servings 2 Heads iceberg lettuce; - chopped 32 oz Vegetable stock 1 lg Yellow onion; chopped 2 tb Flour 2 tb Butter Salt & pepper Sour cream; garnish Bring stock to a boil and add chopped lettuce and onion. Boil for 20 minutes. Puree the mixture. Mix the flour with about a 1/2 cup cold water. Stir until smooth and with no lumps then stir into soup mixture.
