MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Lentil Curry Categories: Indian Yield: 1 Batch 1/2 c Lentils 1/2 c Carrots; chopped 1/4 c Green beans; chopped 1/4 c Pumpkin; cubed 1/2 ts Turmeric 1 ts Fresh ginger; grated 1 Serrano; chopped 3 c Water 1 tb Lemon juice 1/2 ts Black mustard seeds 1 ts Salt 2 tb Oil 1 tb Cilantro; chopped Clean and wash lentils and cook with 3 cups water in a pressure cooker for 3 minutes after bringing to maximum pressure. Remove lid and add vegetables, ginger, turmeric, serrano, and salt; cook until vegetables are done. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook mustard seeds until they sputter.
