      Title: Zucchini Bread #3
 Categories: Breads
      Yield: 2 Loaves
 
      3    Eggs
    2/3 c  Oil
    3/4 c  Sugar
    2/3 c  Nuts; chopped
      2 c  Zucchini; grated
    3/4 c  Brown sugar
      2 ts Vanilla

MMMMM-----------------------FLOUR MIXTURE----------------------------
      3 c  Flour
      1 ts Baking soda
    1/2 ts Baking powder
      1 ts Salt
      1 ts Cinnamon
 
  Sift flour mixture and set aside. Beat eggs light and foamy. Add oil,
  sugars, zucchini, & vanilla. Mix lightly but well. Add flour mixture &
  blend. Add nuts. Divide into two greased loaf pans & bake at 350°F
  for 1 hour. Remove from pan at once & cool on rack.
