MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Phyllis' Avocado Bread Categories: Fruits, Breads Yield: 1 loaf 1 sm Avocado 1 Egg; slightly beaten 1/2 c Sour milk 1 c Unbleached white flour 1 c Whole-wheat flour 1/2 ts Baking soda 1/2 ts Baking powder 1 ds Salt 3/4 c Sugar; scant 1 c Pecans; chopped (do not substitute other nuts) Mix all ingredients except first 3 in large bowl. Mash avocado; add egg and sour milk. If flour mixture is very dry, add another egg. Combine avocado mixture with flour mixture; stir only to moisten all flour. Pour into loaf pan or 4 mini loaf pans.
