* Exported from MasterCook * Chocolate Zucchini Bread Recipe By : Taste of Home Magazine Serving Size : 2 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Desserts Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3 Eggs 1 c Vegetable oil 2 c Sugar 1 tb Vanilla extract 1 md Zucchini (2 c) -- peeled, - shredded 2 1/2 c Flour 1/2 c Cocoa 1 ts Salt 1 ts Cinnamon 1/4 ts Baking powder Preparation time: 1 hour In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla. Stir in zucchini. Combine dry ingredients; add to zucchini mixture and mix well. Pour into two greased 8x4x2" loaf pans. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
