---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.03 Title: Seascape Pumpkin Bread Categories: Polkadot, Lisa, Bread:quick, Vegetables, Autumn Yield: 1 Loaf 3 1/2 c All-purpose flour 2 ts Soda 1 ts Salt 1/2 ts Baking powder 3 c Sugar 1 ts Cinnamon 1 ts Pumpkin pie spice 1 c Cooking oil 4 Eggs 16 oz Can pumpkin 1/2 c Walnuts; chopped 1/4 c Water In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, soda, salt, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. In a separate bowl, mix by hand the oil, eggs, pumpkin, walnuts, and water. Combine with the dry ingredients. Bake in a loaf pan in a 350°F oven for 1 hour.
