                         Spinach Bread (Bisquick)

  10      oz            Frozen spinach --
                        - thawed, well drained
   1      c             Bisquick
     1/4  c             Vegetable oil
   3      lg            Egg
   1      tb            Onion -- chopped
   1      c             Mozzarella cheese -- cubed
     1/2  c             Parmesan cheese -- grated

  Grease small loaf pan. Mix all of the above ingredients together by
  hand. Pour into loaf pan. Bake about 30 to 45 minutes at 350°F. Can
  be served hot or cold.
