MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Skillet Brownies
 Categories: Cookies, Chocolate, Snacks, Nuts
      Yield: 6 Servings

      1 c  Sugar
    1/2 c  Butter; melted
      2 lg Eggs; room temperature
      1 ts Vanilla extract
    1/2 c  A-P flour
    1/3 c  Baking cocoa
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/2 c  Pecans; chopped
           Ice cream, whipped cream,
           - or strawberries
           - (optional)

  In a large bowl, beat sugar and butter. Add eggs and vanilla; mix
  well. Add flour, cocoa, and salt. Stir in nuts.

  Pour into a greased 9" pie pan or ovenproof skillet. Bake at 350°F
  until almost set, 25 to 30 minutes. If desired, serve with optional
  toppings.
