                        Nestlé's Golden Brownies

   1      ts            Salt
     3/4  c             Sugar
   1      ts            Vanilla
  12      oz            Chocolate chips
   2      ts            Baking powder
     3/4  c             Butter -- soft
     3/4  c             Brown sugar
   3                    Eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Mix sugars, butter, vanilla.  Beat in
eggs one at a time.  Add flour, powder, salt and mix well.  Stir in
chocolate chips.  Grease 13x9x2" pan.  Bake 30-35 minutes.
