* Exported from MasterCook * Carrot Cake Recipe By : Dianne Waller Serving Size : 16 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Cakes & Frostings Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- Dry ingredients: 2 c All-purpose Flour 1 ts Salt 2 ts Cinnamon 2 ts Soda 2 c Sugar 1 1/2 c Vegetable oil 3 c Carrots -- shredded 4 Eggs Frosting: 8 oz Cream cheese 1/2 c Margarine 1 lb Powdered sugar 1 c Pecans -- chopped 1 ts Vanilla Sift together dry ingredients. Add oil. Mix well and add carrots and eggs. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes (3 layers). Mix frosting ingredients together and ice cake. Enjoy! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
