---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Apple Dapple Cake Categories: Fruits, Cakes Yield: 12 Servings Mrs. sharon mooney 3 Eggs 1-1/2 c Salad oil 2 c Sugar 3 c Flour 1 ts Salt 1 ts Soda 2 ts Vanilla 3 c Apples; chopped 1-1/2 c Pecans; chopped -----topping----- 1 c Brown sugar 8 tb Butter 1/4 c Milk Mix eggs, salad oil, and sugar. Add flour, salt and soda. Add vanilla, apples, and nuts. Mix well. Pour into greased ring pan. bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until done. Pour hot topping over cake while still in pan, cool completely before removing from pan. TOPPING: Combine ingredients and cook 2-1/2 minutes. Pour over hot cake.
