      Title: No Oil Spice Cake

      Yield: 1 Cake
 
      1 pk Yellow or lemon cake mix
  1 1/4 c  Water
      2    Eggs -OR-
      3    Egg whites
    1/3 c  Applesauce
      1 ts Cinnamon
 
  Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 13x9" pan. Combine all
  ingredients in large bowl. Beat until smooth on medium speed. Pour
  into prepared pan. Bake according to package directions.
