                        Brownie Peanut Butter Cups

  15      oz            Box deluxe brownie mix
     1/3  c             Water -- very hot
     1/4  c             Oil
   1      ts            Vanilla
   1                    Egg
  12                    Reese's peanut butter cups

Heat oven to 350°F. Line muffin cups with paper baking cups. In large
bowl, combine brownie mix, water, vanilla, oil, and egg; stir until
just mixed (50 strokes). Fill cups 2/3rd full; press peanut butter
cup into each cup until even with batter. Bake at 350°F for
20 minutes or until set. Do not overbake.

Yield: 12 Cupcakes
