                           Coca Cola (tm) Cake

   2      c             All-purpose flour -- unsifted
   1      c             Sugar
   1      c             Butter
   3      tb            Cocoa
   1      c             Coca-Cola (tm)
     1/2  c             Buttermilk
   2                    Eggs -- beaten
   1      ts            Baking soda
   1      ts            Vanilla
   1 1/2  c             Miniature marshmallows
                        Icing:
     1/2  c             Butter -- melted
   3      tb            Cocoa
   7      tb            Coca Cola
   1      lb            Confectioners sugar
   1      c             Pecans -- toasted, chopped
                        - (optional)

Sift flour and sugar into a large bowl. Heat butter, cocoa, and
Coca-Cola to boiling point. Pour over the flour/sugar mixture and mix
thoroughly. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. The batter will be
thin; marshmallows will come to the top. Bake at 350°F in cake pan
12x14x2" for 30 to 35 minutes.

Icing: 

Pour first 3 ingredients over confectioners sugar and optional pecans
and mix well. Pour over cake while it is warm.
