                                Dirt Cake

  40      oz            Oreo cookies (2 pkg) -- crushed
   8      oz            Cream cheese -- softened
     1/2  c             Butter
   1      c             Confectioner's sugar
   3 1/2  c             Milk
   2      sm            Pkg instant vanilla pudding
  12      oz            Cool Whip®

Cream butter, cream cheese, and confectioner's sugar; set aside. In a
large bowl combine the milk and pudding, mix well. Stir in Cool Whip.
Add cream cheese mixture; mix well.

In an 8" flower pot; layer crushed Oreo's and pudding, beginning and
ending with Oreo's.  

Add artificial flowers for a deceiving center piece. Serve with a
trowel.
