                   Better-Than-Sex Cake #2 (corrected)

   1                    Yellow or white cake mix
   4                    Eggs
   1      c             Oil
     1/2  c             Pecans
   1      sm            Can mandarin oranges in juice --
                        - drained
                        Frosting:
   8      oz            Can crushed pineapple in juice
   3      tb            Corn starch
   1      c             Sugar
   4                    Bananas
   1      c             Milk
   1                    Box instant vanilla pudding mix
   8      oz            Cool Whip®
     1/2  c             Coconut flakes
     1/2  c             Pecans

Mix ingredients well and bake in floured 9x13" pan at 350°F for
35 minutes or until brown.

Cool.

Frosting:

Mix pineapple, including juice, with corn starch and sugar. Cook over
medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and clear.

Cool and pour over cooled cake.

Slice bananas on top of pineapple layer.

Combine pudding mix with milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Add coconut and
pecans. Spread over cake.
