      Title: Stir It Up Snacker Cake

      Yield: 15 servings
 
     16 oz Yellow cake mix
      8 oz Club soda
    3/4 c  Egg substitute
    1/2 ts Almond extract
           Cooking spray
     15 oz Can sliced peaches in 100%
           - juice; well drained, diced
     16 oz (2 cans) pineapple tidbits;
           - well drained
  1 1/2 oz Sliced almonds
 
  Set oven @ 325°F/165°C.
  
  Whisk together the cake mix, soda, eggs, and extract in
  a large bowl. Note: Batter will be slightly lumpy. Place
  in a 13" X 9" baking pan coated with cooking spray and
  top with peaches, pineapple, and nuts.
  
  Bake for 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted comes
  out clean. Cool completely on wire rack.
