                              Seven-Up Cake

   1                    Lemon supreme cake mix
   1                    Pineapple instant pudding
   4                    Eggs
     2/3   c            Vegetable oil
  10       oz           7-Up
                        Icing:
   1       sm           Can crushed pineapple
     1/2   c            Margarine
   1-1/2   c            Sugar
   2       tb           Flour
   1       cn           Angel flake coconut
   2                    Eggs

  Empty lemon supreme cake mix and instant pineapple pudding into a
  large mixing bowl. Add oil and eggs. Beat about 2 minutes. Add 7-Up
  and mix until well blended. Pour into a sheet cake pan that has
  been greased and floured. Bake 35-40 minutes or until done in a
  preheated 350°F oven. While still hot spread with icing. Cook
  margarine, sugar, pineapple, flour, and eggs until thick. Add
  coconut and blend well. Spread over cake while both are still warm.
