MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Pumpkin Bundt Cake Categories: Cakes, Squash, Dessert Yield: 16 Servings 2 1/2 c Sugar 1 c Canola oil 3 lg Eggs; room temperature 3 c A-P flour 2 ts Baking soda 1 ts Ground cinnamon 1 ts Ground nutmeg 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Ground cloves 15 oz Can pumpkin Confectioners' sugar Set oven @ 350°F/175°C. In a large bowl, combine sugar and oil until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and cloves; add to egg mixture alternately with pumpkin, beating well after each addition. Transfer to a greased 10" fluted tube pan. Bake 60 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack. Remove pan and cool completely. Dust with confectioner' sugar.
