MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Apple Snitz Cake
 Categories: Cakes
      Yield: 1 Cake
 
      3 c  Apples; finely chopped
      2 c  Granulated sugar
      3 sm Eggs
    1/2 ts Salt
      1 ts Vanilla
  1 1/4 c  Oil
      1 tb Cinnamon; +1 ds
      3 c  Flour; sifted
  1 1/2 ts Baking soda
      1 c  Walnuts; chopped
 
  Mix oil, sugar, eggs, and cinnamon. Beat well. Sift soda, salt, and
  flour and add to oil mixture. Batter will be stiff, but beat hard.
  
  Add the vanilla, nuts, and apples. Batter will become soft. Mix well.
  
  Pour into greased tube pan and bake at 325°F for 1 hour. Check cake
  for springiness.
