      Title: White Zucchini Cake With A Touch Of Orange
 Categories: Cakes
      Yield: 1 Cake
 
      1    Box white; yellow, or lemon
           - cake mix
    1/3 c  Vegetable oil
      3    Eggs
      2 c  Zucchini; shredded or diced
      1 ts Cinnamon
    1/2 ts Allspice
    1/2 ts Nutmeg
      1 tb Orange zest
    1/2 c  Nuts; chopped
 
  Mix all ingredients together. Beat for 2 minutes. Bake at 350°F in
  well greased 9x13x2" cake pan for 40 minutes or until cake pulls away
  from side of pan. Cool 10 minutes & remove from pan. Cool. Sprinkle
  with powdered sugar or frosting if desired.
