      Title: Orange Blossom Cake

      Yield: 12 Servings
 
      5    Eggs; separated
    3/4 c  Sugar
    1/4 c  Oil
    1/3 c  Orange juice
      1 ts Orange zest; grated
    3/4 c  Matzo meal
    1/4 c  Potato starch
      1 ts Salt
    1/2 c  Orange marmalade; melted
 
  Beat yolks and 1/2 cup sugar until light.  Beat in oil, juice, and
  zest. Sift matzo meal, starch, and salt and blend into yolk
  mixture. Beat whites until foamy, gradually add rest of sugar and
  beat until stiff peaks form. Fold yolk mixture into whites.

  Pour into ungreased 9" tube pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 325°F.
  Invert until cool. Spoon marmalade over the top.
