      Title: Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cake

      Yield: 12 Servings
 
  1 3/4 c  Sugar
    1/2 c  Margarine
    1/2 c  Oil
      2    Eggs
      1 ts Vanilla
    1/2 c  Sour cream
  2 1/2 c  Flour
      4 tb Cocoa
    1/2 ts Baking powder
      1 ts Baking soda
    1/4 ts Salt
      2 c  Zucchini; grated
    3/4 c  Chocolate chips
 
  Cream together sugar, margarine, and oil. Add eggs, vanilla, and
  sour cream. In separate bowl mix flour, cocoa, baking powder,
  baking soda, and salt. Mix together and beat well. Stir in grated
  zucchini. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake in a 350°F oven for 40 to
  45 minutes or until cake tests done with toothpick.

  Recipe omitted the pan size, am guessing from other other recipes I
  have made, this would be a 9x13".
