MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: New York Cheese Cake Categories: Cheesecakes Yield: 1 Cheesecake 16 oz Sour cream 16 oz Cream cheese 16 oz Cottage cheese 1/2 c Butter; melted & cooled 1 1/2 c Sugar 4 Eggs; slightly beaten 1 1/2 tb Lemon juice 1 ts Vanilla 2 tb Corn starch 2 tb Flour Mix cream cheese and cottage cheese in a large bowl. Gradually add sugar. Add eggs. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix together the corn starch and flour. Add to mixture. Add butter and sour cream. Pour into greased 9" spring pan. Bake in oven at 325°F for 1-1/2 hours. Turn off oven, but do not remove cake for 2 more hours. This will brown the edges of the cake. MMMMM
