                           Chocolate Cheesecake

     1/3  c             Butter -- melted
   1 1/4  c             Graham cracker crumbs
     1/4  c             Sugar
  24      oz            Cream cheese (3 pkg) -- softened
  14      oz            Can sweetened condensed milk
  12      oz            Semisweet chocolate chips --
                        - melted
   4                    Eggs
   2      ts            Vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 300°F. Combine butter, crumbs, and sugar; press
firmly on bottom of 9" springform pan. In large mixer bowl, beat
cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until
smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill thoroughly.
Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
